Everything has an art, even Wine Sipping “Did you know” that there is an actual art in which to hold your wine glass? Well maybe you did but just in case you didn’t QueenB.D is about to tell you once again.

There are three main sectors to the wine glass:

• The glass rim
• The bowl
• The stem

Although a comfort zone never hold your wine glass by the bowl, this shows total ignorance. A wine glass should always be held by the stem. The reason for this is so you do not disturb the temperature of the wine and you also refrain from placing any unsightly fingerprints on your glass. The change in temperature can impact the taste so avoid heating it up with your hands. Try not to over swill and avoid filling your glass higher than two thirds a time. As you may already know, Red Wine is to be served just below average room temperature and serve all White Wines chilled. So to conclude BabyDolls always remember to hold your glass by the stem.
