Ladies ask yourself a question and be true with your answer. Do you really love yourself? Do you appreciate your whole being? From listening to women I have come to notice that maybe we don’t love ourselves the way that we really should. Well I love myself but even a Queen has her down days. It really bugs me to see ladies searching for love in other places and getting burned. Always remember “For anyone to love you, you must love yourself”. Even if you wholehearted believe you love yourself still go to your mirror look at yourself and say “Damn I’m Beautiful” and believe it because you are. Everything you are makes you, you, flaws and all. Have you time take at least 10 minutes out of your day just for you to either listen to music, chill, read or just be still.

I know your probably Nick & Mariah’d out already but I still felt the need to post about it. For those that don’t know (although that’s hard to believe) Mariah Carey & Nick Cannon have confirmed that they are in fact ‘Married.‘ This one is quite a toughy for me because I dunno but something just doesn’t add up. Did anyone even know that they were dating, they kept that under raps, and Nick & Mariah ….are you serious? Sounds like a stunt to me or should I say smells like money or in their case even more money. Lol I’m not mad though do your thing I just kinda find this hard to believe. Rumours are saying Mariah is pregnant but like I said ‘rumours‘. I love Mariah and I like Nick but they make a strange couple looks more like aunt and nephew to me. If it is true though I wish them the best as long as there happy I suppose.
But whats the real take on this first Janet Jackson with Jermain Dupri now Mariah Carey with Nick Cannon are times that hard now for older ladies especially within the entertainment industry that they feel they have to run out and snag anything, are the biological clocks ticking that loudly? So these last couple of weeks I have been looking for the ultimate Hot Pink killer heel shoe but……. its nowhere to be found. So although its Bank Holiday here in the UK, it may not be for others around the world. Its Monday you could have done with an extra day off and by the end of the day your 4inch heels are killing! Not to worry though us BabyDolls always find a solution, here are some ideas to end your Monday with a bang and beat that Monday feeling. The first is a salad. As we approach summer we all tend to be reminded that eating healthy is a Must to be looking like doll so here is a light spring salad in 4 easy steps to accompany your desired meal.
Chicken with lemon & capers
Preparation: 20 mn
Cooking time: 10 mn
Ingredients
600g skinned chicken breast
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice of lemons
50 ml white vermouth
2 tbsp capers
2 tbsp finely-chopped parsley
Recipe :
1. Cut the chicken into strips and roll into the flour to get an even coating. Season as desired.
2. Heat the oil in a wok on a medium heat and cook the chicken for 3-4 minutes, turning several times to brown them all over. Remove from the oil and put in a serving dish to keep warm.
3. Add the vermouth and lemon to the wok and cook for 2-3 minutes until you get a smooth mixture. Add the capers and leave just long enough for them to warm through.
4. Remove from the heat, add the parsley and mix well. Pour sauce over the chicken and serve immediately. Goes well with rice.
Then
Indulge in your salad with your favourite glass of Rosé then enjoy a relaxing evening with some scented candles.
