Hello’haBabyDolls and how have we been just lately. As you all know I have been on hiatus, but believe me it was muchneeded. This year has been one roller coaster, from bereavements to happiness, old chapters and new beginnings it has been a learning year for sure. I am currently in my last year of university, work part time, and also have many side projects so as you can understand sometimes a BabyDoll just feels like calling ‘Time Out’
What we have to remember is we are beautiful living beings that should be cared for. We are not computerised so go easy on yourselves. I live my life and you live yours. BabyDolls no one knows what you go through and what you can manage so if you feel like its needed, just like in basketball call ‘Time Out.’
These past few weeks have been Amazing! I have engulfed myself in family and friends, laughter and joy. I feel re-energised and refreshed, and why? Because I took time out. I said no, I have been doing me. Being the person I am, I am always quick to help and find my time is more consumed with doing favours for others than myself, now I have no problem with this as I feel part of the reason I was put on this world to help others, however these last weeks I have taken time out to just enjoy.
There is no one higher than you but God you are not gonna get told off for messing up your ownroutine and just doing what ever the hell it is that you want to do. Know one controls you, so remember that! I feel like I have been on holiday and I haven’t been anywhere lol. So BabyDolls do this for me, scratch that do this for yourselves!:
- Put your feet up
- Call an old friend
- Laugh for no reason
- Get dressed and go for cocktails with your girls even if it is a Tuesday
- Go for a manicure and don’t get french tips! Get a patterned style let your wild side out
- Make a cake and don’t feel guilty eating it
- Blast your favourite song and the highest decimal
…..now tell me you don’t feel a little better
